Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated delivery times are based on historical data and are for reference only. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or address issues.

Myles Better Living delivers throughout the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 11:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

Important Notes

Delivery may be affected during public holidays.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 3 weeks due to external delays.

Incorrect addresses, courier delays, or customs issues may also affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will provide your order details.

Taxes

Customers do not need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax).

Change of Shipping Address

We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit.

Backorders

If an item is unavailable after placing your order:

You will be notified via email and phone.

Out-of-stock items will be automatically canceled and refunded unless you respond within 2 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
If your order has already shipped, refer to our Refund Policy.

Unexpected Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer than the standard timeframe.
Contact us if your package is significantly delayed, and we will help resolve the issue.

Parcel Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Reject the parcel if you are present at delivery.

If the parcel was delivered without your presence, contact customer service immediately.

Damage or lost claims cannot be accepted after 5 days from delivery confirmation.
Approved claims will be replaced free of charge.
